    Our next ISE (Intensive Study Event) will be in-person and led by Ann Horne - now retired from NHS and clinical work, latterly at the Portman Clinic in London, she retains a particular interest in children who use the body and activity rather than be able to access thought and reflection.     This conference aims to provide a space to think about the emotional impact of working with people who pose a significant risk to themselves or others.  It will explore the relationship between workers and their clients and how to think about and understand what may be helpful, as well as what may not be. This is a half day conference hosted by Human Development Scotland and The Susan Emery Trust.

    Professional Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. This is a practical and theoretical training course in psychoanalytical psychotherapy with children and young people. This course is the only one in Scotland which is approved by the Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP).
