In terms of costs, we offer two fee options. One is with qualified counsellors for open-ended work at £55 per session. The other is with trainee counsellors at £25 per session. Unlike qualified counsellors with whom the sessions are open-ended, with trainee counsellors you’d have up to 20 sessions with a possibility of extension. Clients working with a Trainee Counsellor will be invoiced monthly for their sessions, which can be paid via BACS or via Card within 7 Days of invoice. Qualified Counsellors may charge via invoice after each appointment, week or month. This would be advised to you at your first session with a Qualified Counsellor.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a weekly commitment that happens at the same time and place each week. Most of our counsellors work within the normal office hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with little to no evening or weekend availability. If you’re looking for an evening or weekend slot, you may need to wait longer or get in touch with a different service.
